One-to-one Focusing

Personal sessions of gentle listening to the body and feelings. The process gives space to parts of us that haven’t been attended to — sometimes painful or stuck places — allowing them to soften and change at their own pace. Many people share that after a few meetings they feel more quiet and clarity in places that had been stuck for a long time. Nothing is pushed to change; change comes when there is enough listening and a safe space.

A process that integrates emotional depth and conscious practice

Focusing and meditation complete each other: Focusing meets the emotional and personal layer — the felt sense and the inner places that ask for space. Meditation broadens the view, connects to quiet and a wider field of awareness, and supports the process. Together they create a natural movement — gentle emotional healing alongside inner stability and quiet.

What does a session look like?

We meet in a quiet, attentive space where you can be with what arises at your pace. I reflect what you bring and at times offer a question that turns inward, yet most of the work happens through your own listening. Often this listening allows sensations to shift on their own, and clarity or natural relief appears.

Personalized meditation

A one-to-one meeting combining mindfulness and meditative attention. The work is tailored to you, strengthening inner stability and deepening listening in daily life — in relationships, decisions, and life’s ups and downs. Gradually, we weave Focusing principles so they become a natural tool day-to-day.

Group meditation

From time to time I host group meditation — online or in person — in an intimate, quiet atmosphere. Updates about upcoming meetings appear on my WhatsApp group.

How to begin?

We can start with a short, open conversation and see if it feels right. Sometimes a brief meeting is enough to begin a new inner movement. What matters to me is your pace — unhurried and relaxed — from there, change happens on its own.
